My hair dresser told me put no more than a dime size amount if my hair is wet so that was that & I bought a big bottle last night and for some reason when I came I read the directions & it said use on hair or skin...skin? What? I read it 3 times lol baffled by this so I googled it n read about it n also used it on my skin & I've got 1 word to describe it....FABULOUS!!! Just absolutely fabulous. Since then, when I get out of the shower I always rub a little biosilk on my legs. It works wonderfully. Even after only a week of use I've noticed biosilk leaves my skin feeling much softer and smoother and it looks much healthier. I swear by this stuff.
