What can I do with a Stockn’Go account?

A whole lot! Do you charge any fees to join Stockn’Go?

What can I buy?

You'll find thousands of brand-name products in health and beauty, personal and hair care, and household products. If there is a brand we're not carrying -- and you'd like us to -- email us customercare@stockngo.com or call 877-STOCKNGO.

Can I purchase in bulk?

The Stockn'Go shopping experience is for pack sizes only. When you purchase multiple items of the same product, we'll give you automatic price breaks/discounts. So you won't just get more stuff, you'll get more stuff for less. You can do this on the site by way of 2, 3, 6 and 12 packs. 

Do you have a minimum ship policy on certain items?

Absolutely, not.

Why is my order out of stock?
Although we update our inventory on a daily basis, for some hot products, we may receive orders at the same time frame and orders will be processed in a first come first served basis. If the product you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you within 48 hours and your payment will be refunded to you within 48 hours.

What if I cancel my order?

Since we process orders so fast, you have a tiny window after checking out to cancel your purchase. Please give us a call at 1-877-STOCKNGO (1-877-786-2564) between 8AM to 8PM EST Monday through Friday, and one of our Customer Service will cancel your order for you if your order has not shipped out. You may also send us an email customercare@stockngo.com with your order number & “Cancellation” in the subject line. You will receive a confirmation ones we cancel your order.

Pricing & Payment

What payment methods can I use?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards, as well as debit cards, and PayPal.

What should I do if my credit card is not being approved because it is issued from a foreign bank or I have the wrong billing address?

We recommend that you use PayPal. You can set up an account in minutes at PayPal. You are able to use credit cards from any country or link it directly to your bank account. We thank you for your efforts and appreciate your business.

Do you charge sales tax?

We’re required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to New York. You’ll see those charges before you confirm your order at check out. If you’re a reseller or government institution, we’ve got good news! We’ll credit your sales tax. All you need to do is contact customercare@stockngo.com with your order confirmation number and we’ll take care of it.

What items do not apply to affiliate programs?

We unfortunately cannot pay affiliates commission on products in the "Fragrance" section of our website.

How does shipping work?

It’s free, it’s that simple! Free standard shipping on all orders!

You shouldn’t have to wait forever for your stuff. And you shouldn’t have to worry about it arriving at someone else’s door. Or not arriving at all. That’s why shipping with us is fast, easy, and reliable — from the second you checkout to the instant your doorbell rings.

Will I receive all of my products in one box? Is every product shipped from the same location?

Most orders will be received in one box and will be sent from one of our warehouse locations.

Where do you ship?

We ship all over the US (Hawaii and Alaska, too - no free shipping available to these two states - sorry). Currently we do not ship any other countries including Puerto Rico. In the future we hope to adjust that policy.

Who's responsibility is to be sure the shipping address is accurate? 

At the time the order is placed, the customer is responsible for providing Stockn'Go with an accurate and complete delivery address. If you need to change the shipment address after the order has been placed please give us a call at 1-877-STOCKNGO (1-877-786-2564) immediately so we can adjust your shipping details.

Do you ship to military APO/FPO addresses and PO Boxes? 

Yes, we do. Unfortunately the shipping is not free. Shipping rates for APO/FPO are the standard rates set by UPS/USPS. We truly appreciate our military service members and look forward to shipping to them.

 How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is on us, yes, it's FREE (with the exception of APO/FPO, Hawaii and Alaska). Please note Stockn'Go at its sole discretion may ship products to you by way of UPS or USPS.

Can I change the address of my shipment after the order has been placed? If so, is there a charge?

We would prefer that you do not change the address of a shipment after the order has been placed. The reason is your package may ship out by the end of the day & you may not have time to make the changes. In the rare cases in which you do need to change, please give us a call immediately at 1-877-STOCKNGO (1-877-786-2564) between 8AM to 8PM EST Monday to Friday. You may also email us at customercare@stockngo.com – please include your Order # a detailed explanation of your request.

How long will it take to get my stuff?

Delivery times depend on where and how you ship (UPS Ground or UPS Air or USPS Priority Mail). We don't express orders if they contain hazardous materials or backordered items, or if they have on hold for customer credit protection reasons.

How do I track my order?

You can go to my account > order status. If your order says “processed,” we’re boxing it up. If it says “shipped,” it’s on its way. We’ll also email you your shipping info — like the date your order shipped, the estimated delivery time, and your tracking number. So you’ll always know exactly where your stuff is and when you’ll receive it. Also, if you have already received your tracking number you can go straight to  www.ups.com  or  www.usps.com  (depending on which carrier we used) and enter the tracking number to learn the status.

What products are hazardous? And why can't you express ship them?

The US Department of Transportation considers certain hair and beauty products hazardous because they contain flammable or explosive materials. That’s why hazardous items have to travel by ground instead of by plane. So if your order contains a mix of non-hazardous and hazardous materials, we’ll ship the items separately. And don’t worry, you won’t have to do any sleuthing to figure out which products can only go ground. We’ll let you know right before you add them to your cart.

What do I do if my order is damaged?

If your shipment is damaged, email us at  customercare@stockngo.com  or call us toll free at 1-877-STOCKNGO (1-877-786-2564) to let us know what happened. Make sure you have your order number, the original packaging, and your contact information handy when you contact us.

Don’t return it yourself, because that will delay our order replacement process. Once we receive and process your return within 3 business days, we’ll resend your order at no extra cost to you.

How do I make a return/exchange?

To return or exchange a purchase, follow these steps:

Please keep in mind, we want to make sure our customers are 100% happy with their order. We happily accept returns on goods that are unopened and in salable condition within 30 days of the invoice date. Keep in mind that we cannot accept returns on opened or used items, unless it is damaged or defective. We reserve the right to reject refunds on personal use products for any reason. Special orders (in excess of $500.00) are subject to a 50% restocking fee.


How long will it take for me to get my refund/exchange?

Once your return reaches us, we’ll mark the event with an email confirmation and issue a refund according to the guidelines mentioned above. If you’re making an exchange, we’ll ship your replacement order within 2-3 business days from receiving your product.

Can I return a product if I have already used it?

Unfortunately, we can not take back products that have been opened or used.
