How long will it take for me to receive my order when it is sent UPS Ground Shipping? (Please note this map does not apply if our system sends your package via USPS - if it is shpped USPS you will likely receive your package sooner)

Look at the map below to determine what area you live in, and how many days it will take for you to receive your order. The color coded key will tell you how many days it will take for your order to arrive. Please make sure to consider to calcuate these days in business days only (do not factor weekends or holidays). Orders that are received before 12:00 PM EST will be shipped within two business days.Please note that orders received after Friday at 12:00 PM EST (which includes orders received on Saturdays and Sundays) will be shipped the following business day (excluding holidays).

 

Will I receive all of my products in one box? Is every product shipped from the same location?

Most orders will be received in one box and will be sent from one of our warehouse locations. However, in certain circumstances we ship products from separate warehouses. Currently our Ethnic Hair Sare products and the "Buy the Case" section are sent from a separate location and will be received in a separate box. We are focused on providing you with the best experience and providing you with top brand name products at the lowest prices possible.

Where do you ship?

We ship all over the US (Hawaii and Alaska, too - no free shipping available to these two states - sorry). Currently we do not ship any other countries including Puerto Rico. In the future we hope to adjust that policy.

Who's responsibility is it to be sure the shipping address is accurate?

At the time the order is placed, the customer is responsible for providing Stockn'Go with an accuarate and complete delivery address. Please note we do not ship to APO/FPO or PO Boxes. If you need to change the shipment address after the order has been placed each package will be subject to a $10 per package change fee (we are sorry but this is al going to UPS).

Do you ship to military APO/FPO addresses and PO Boxes?

No, not at the moment. But we’re working on expanding our shipping services so we can benefit the rest of you in the not-too-distant future! So please do not list a military APO/FPO or a PO Box as your chosen address to receive a package. We truly appreciate our military service members and look forward to shipping to them.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is on us (yes, it's FREE) when you spend $49 or more (not counting taxes) on orders in the continental US. Orders less than $49 in the continental US will be charged flat rate shipping of $5.99.  Please note Stockn'Go at its sole discretion may ship products to you by way of UPS or USPS even if you were quoted a price from UPS. We ship to Alaska and Hawaii, however we are unable to over free shipping to these states. Your order might also be subject to extra shipping fees if it’s oversized or weighs more than 3 pounds. Please note that orders that are above $150 may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

But don’t worry. We’ll clearly point out all shipping costs before you check out. You can also check out our shipping charts for a good idea on how delivery times affect your shipping costs.

Can I change the address of my shipment after the order has been placed? If so, is there a charge?

We would prefer that you do not change the address of a shipment after the order has been placed. The reason is, UPS charges a $14 intercept and rerouting fee. This becomes very costly especially because we are already paying for the shipping charges 99% of the time. So, if you need to change the address after an order has been placed we will need to charge you $10 per package to make the change. We will absorb the $4 difference per package in good faith. We are sorry for this inconvenience but it is out of our control. UPS will not waive the fee.

How long will it take to get my stuff?

 Delivery times depend on where and how you ship (UPS Ground or UPS  Air or USPS Priority Mail). We don’t express orders if they contain hazardous materials or backordered items, or if they’re on hold for customer credit protection reasons. For a general idea please refer to the above map.

Protocol on Intercepting Packages and cancelling orders

If you decide to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team.  Stockn'Go has a preference to have the customer refuse or reject deliveries coming from UPS as opposed to having the packages intercepted. If we intercept the package the fee is $10.00 (intercept fee with UPS is normally $14.00 but we will absorb the $4.00 difference, in good faith) However if you refuse or reject the package rather than intercepting we can then send you a prepaid return label and no charge for the cancellation of the order.

How do I track my order?

You can go to my account > order status. If your order says “processed,” we’re boxing it up. If it says “shipped,” it’s on its way. We’ll also email you your shipping info — like the date your order shipped, the estimated delivery time, and your tracking number. So you’ll always know exactly where your stuff is and when you’ll receive it. Also, if you have already received your tracking number you can go straight to www.ups.com or www.usps.com (depending on which carrier we used) and enter the tracking number to learn the status.

What products are hazardous? And why can’t you express ship them?

The US Department of Transportation considers certain hair and beauty products hazardous because they contain flammable or explosive materials. That’s why hazardous items have to travel by ground instead of by plane. So if your order contains a mix of non-hazardous and hazardous materials, we’ll ship the items separately. And don’t worry, you won’t have to do any sleuthing to figure out which products can only go ground. We’ll let you know right before you add them to your cart.

What do I do if my order is damaged during shipping?

If your shipment is damaged, email us at cs@stockngo.com or call us toll free at 877-STOCKNGO to let us know what happened. . Make sure you have your order number, the original packaging, and your contact information handy when you contact us.

Don’t return it yourself, because that will delay our order replacement process. Once we receive and process your return within 3 business days, we’ll resend your order at no extra cost to you.
